For Vendors/Designers:
Your personal and business information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be accessible to Jazz and Fashion Experience administrators.

Ticket Policy

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are legally binding upon purchase:

  1. Ticket Presentation:

    • Tickets must be presented upon entry, either as a physical copy (if applicable) or in electronic form.
    • Only tickets purchased from the official designated platform will be accepted and honored.

  2. Lost or Stolen Tickets:

    • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced, honored, or refunded.

  3. Ticket Validity:

    • Tickets must not be duplicated or resold above their original face value.
    • There are no refunds or exchanges. However, unused valid tickets may be redeemable for the next Jazz and Fashion Experience event, subject to management approval.

  4. Venue Regulations:

    • Ticket holders must not enter restricted areas such as the stage, backstage, or other off-limits sections.
    • Any interference with event performers, crew, or operations may result in ejection from the venue.

  5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified promptly and refunded accordingly.
    • The organizer is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred by ticket holders.

Photography and Videography Notice

By attending the event, you consent to being interviewed, photographed, recorded (audio/video), and having the content released, published, exhibited, or reproduced for various purposes, including but not limited to:

  • News coverage
  • Webcasts and social media
  • Promotional and advertising materials
  • Websites and telecasts

By entering the event premises, you waive any rights to payment, royalties, or claims related to the use of such materials, regardless of sponsorship, broadcast, or admission fees.

You also waive the right to review or approve any photos, videos, or audio recordings taken by the Jazz and Fashion Experience media team.

Opt-Out Option:
If you do not wish to be filmed, recorded, or photographed, please request a GLOW wristband at the entrance or from our hostesses. We will make every effort to avoid capturing you on camera. If an image or recording is unintentionally taken, it will be promptly deleted to respect your privacy.
